Tpl. Olanipekun Isaac Omoniyi is a Chartered Town Planner, Public Administrator, Property/ Assets Manager and transport analyst. He has worked in the public service for 35 years and has worked in various capacities at Directorate level at the Local Government level. He rose to the highest post of Head of Local Government Administration at the Local Government Service and served in 18 Local Governments in both Oyo and Osun States. He was the pioneer Executive Secretary of Osun State Assets Management Agency, the post he held until his retirement in February 2018. Town Planner Olanipekun is a Fellow of Nigerian Institute of Town Planners,(NITP.) Member, Town Planners Registration Council (TOPREC), Member, Nigerian Institute of Management.( MNIM). He has attended several workshops and conferences both in Nigeria and overseas on Safety and Security matters. Tpl. Olanipekun has served at National Council of the Nigerian Institute of Town Planners ( 2004 -2006). Chairman of Nigerian Institute of Town Planners, Osun State (2014-2016) and Chairman, South West Forum of the Institute ( NITP.) 2015.
